Can't install the latest Intel® Graphics - Windows® DCH Drivers v 30.0.100.9684

Trying to install the latest Graphics drivers from the Intel DSA websites and every time during install it just hangs and does not install the driver. I have tried numerous times, uninstalled the device and tried re-install but still will not work. I am on Windows 10 and updated to all the latest Windows patches but still just sits there doing nothing:

This problem was reported already in the forum and Intel is taking care for it Memory leak while installing driver versions 30.0.100.9667 and 30.0.100.9684

In the mean time you may try the manual method (form the Administrative Command Prompt) suggested by user @Faeronis  in the above mentioned post.
