That is because your screen has a max resolution of 1366x768:
specifically:
- Display
15.6" HD (1366 x 768) Anti-Glare Non-Touch, Camera & Microphone, WLAN Capable

It is without an Intel drive setup so after setup the Intel drive it must reach more than 1366 x 768

Your max resolution is 1366x768. This is not an intel problem. Contact Dell if you need further support.

There is nothing that can be done here. You have a physical limitation.

So? Are you connecting an external monitor? If so, provide the EXACT monitor model number.
If you are connecting an external monitor, what connection/acables are you using?
This resolution does NOT apply to the laptop screen.

I asked for the EXACT model number. Have you considered that the samsung max resolution is 1920?
You need to be precise in what you are doing and to check the specifications of your equipment. With the EXACT model number of the samsung monitor, I can look up the specs, but so can you!
