Chipset DP35DP have pin 6 75W powered to work with newer video cards?

I want to buy Sapphire Vapor X HD5750 1gb and on their website it say that PCI EXPRESS needs 450W power source and pin 6 power of 75 W. Also every seller say it needs PCI EXPRESS 2.1 ,and as I know my chipset PCI EXPRESS its 1.0 , will my chipset support such a video card ? Chipsetr manual doesnt say nothing abaut it and last bios update say that - ''UPDATED SUPPPORT FOR HIG POWERED PCIe ADAPTORS''
