Chipset for: Intel Centrino Wireless-N1030, 1x2 bgn (2.4GHz) + Bluetooth and WMP600N devices.

I was wondering if anyone knew what chipset was used in the Intel Centrino Wireless-N1030, 1x2 bgn (2.4GHz) + Bluetooth and the Intel WMP600N devices. I need the information so that I can determine if these devices will work on a FreeBSD system.
