Dear Support,
First of all, Happy New Year to all of you with personal happiness and health and professional success.
I recently bought Intel Arc A750 (Asrock version) and although all other software include in the latest drivers install regularly Intel Arc Control fails to install with the following error message:
"Product: Intel® Arc™ Control -- Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action ExecRegisterVirtualCameraBatOnInstall, location: C:\Program Files\Intel\Intel Arc Control\, command: "C:\Program Files\Intel\Intel Arc Control\\Filters\Install.bat"
Please let me know what this can possibly be !
Best regards,
Nikolaos Papageorgiou

Dear NikosChem,
I hope that I am not coming here too late. I have solved the same problem as yours during the last 3 months,,, thanks to Dog Huang.
REASON: the setup program of IntelArcController failed to install ArcControl.Msi because your Windows OS cannot recognize the cmd order 'msiexec'. (if you open cmd with administrator rights and write 'cd\',ENTER,'msiexec /package C:\ArcControl.msi',ENTER, then you may see the message 'Error during installation :'msiexec.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command')
SOLUTION: add 'C:\Windows\System32' into the environment variable called 'PATH' in system variables of your Windows OS.(if you try cmd again, you may see the message 'cannot find the position', after that you may be able to install ArcController successfully)
I'm not a native speaker of English, but I hope my reply can help those poor gamers just like us.
Best Wishes.

Hello NikosChem,
Thank you very much for your reply.
After reviewing the information to continue we would like to confirm the following:
Have you tried to perform the installation using older driver versions?
the Windows UAC Admin is required to install Intel® Arc™ Control please verify this is enabled in your device.
Best regards,
