I have DG45ID G45 graphics connected by HDMI to TV Sharp D77X. I almost always get 1360 x 768 resolution after wake up from S3 - looks ugly compared to native 1960x1080@50p. Only if Media Center was in full screen before sleep. If, after wake up I close Media Center app, all reverts to normal.
How to fix it?

Hi. OS is windows7 64bit, fully updated. Graphics driver is one that windows downloads by update, not sure what version. I tried latest Intel's but got some problems with DVD playback. Rolled back. MB bios is 0113.

Hi. I did some research.
MonInfo EDID info shows two DTDs: 1920x1080p@50 and 1360x768@60. Now question is how to totally forbid the driver the use of any other mode except 1920x1080?

I don't believe that there is a way to delete the supported resolutions.
I have seen the problem that you are experiencing in the past and it was because of a bad cable, the computer recognized a different monitor every time so it went to the lowest supported resolution.
Try contacting the monitor manufacturer and ask for the drivers, this usually will help
PV.

I am having a very similar problem with a very similar setup. I'm using Windows 7-64, an i3-540 processor (using Intel HD Graphics) hooked up to a Sharp TV and using WMC. It doesn't happen but 1 or 2 times a week. Any way to always force the graphics card to output 1080P?
