Depois que o Windows 10 oi atualizado para 1909, o gráfico Intel HD 620 versão 26.20.100.7871, parou de funcionar. Pior, nem encontro essa versão no site do fornecedor. Já desinstalei, tentei instalar versão 7870 e 7985, diz que o SO é incompatível.

Não consigo diminuir e nem aumentar o brilho da tela, e pior, qualquer tecla de atalho que utilize esse driver não funciona. Eu quero meu Win 10 exatamente quando eu comprei ele.

You have a laptop, correct? You need to use the drivers provided by your laptop manufacturer, especially if you have dual graphics. Also, the laptop manufacturer will modify/customize the driver for their hardware which will affect some features like built-in controls for screen brightness and dim, and hotkeys.

Using the Intel generic driver, as you have done, will cause you to lose these customizations.

Use the manufacturer's drivers. If you still have problems, contact the manufacturer for support of their laptop.
