For this scenario, what we can try is a clean installation of the Intel® Graphics driver, once you see the "Microsft Basic Display Adapter Driver" showing in "Device Manager", please install Intel® Graphics driver version 27.20.100.8190:

Hello RElam, I just received an upate on this matter.
Just to confirm, was the game working fine before?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Try a clean driver installation and try with an older driver version to verify if the game works fine that way, if it does, please provide the Graphics driver version that worked: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126790/Intel-UHD-Graphics-630
- Disable discrete graphics card and run the game again just to be sure it is not running on it.
- Finally, to get in contact with Microsoft directly to gather the instructions of how to do a Windows* Restore to a date before the issue occurred, once you get the chance, please let us know the results: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-options - https://support.microsoft.com/
