The attempt to update the automatic driver update to the latest version 19.6.26.3 fails.
Instead of installing, the installer only offers an uninstall. Even after performing the deinstallation (the previous version) it remains there - it is still offered only an uninstall!

I understand that you are having problems to uninstall and update Intel® DSA on your system, can you try the following:
• Uninstall the existing Intel® DSA tool in the system with the Uninstaller tool (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28598/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Uninstaller).
• Download and install the latest Intel® DSA version from (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28425).
By the way, what is the brand and model of your system?

Thank you for the information that you have shared. Could you provide me with the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* report?
· The TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
· Steps to save the report:
1- Run the utility.
2- Click on “Scan” to get the scanned system.
3- Once the scan is complete click on “next”.
4- Use the “save” option, save the report to your desktop.
5- To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box.

what did your research reveal?
Since the installation program offers only an uninstall instead of installing, probably remains (folders, file or reg.-Entries) of the previous installation are present.
If one could identify them, then a manual deletion and subsequent reinstallation would be possible?
