[Devs please read] Best performing HD4000 drivers are 10.18.10.33xx tested on two laptops (Thinkpad x230 and ASUS x202e)

I tried so many drivers from 3xxx to the current latest 5129 and specifically 10.18.10.3308, 10.18.10.3325, 10.18.10.3379 were the ones with the least stutters in open world games like GTAV, Saints Row etc

And probably the most obvious thing I noticed was in Unreal Engine 3 games like Dishonored and Borderlands 2.

AFTER every loading screen, the cpu usage will be at 100% (already ingame) and the FPS is single digits, then after like 10 seconds, it'll be stable now. THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN in 33xx drivers, Instead it'll take a little longer to load but once it loads, it's stable instantly. No extra couple seconds of lag.

Please look up into this. I'm fine with using 33xx drivers but that was from couple years ago and it's falling behind some compatibilities on applications like Blender.
