Hard to say. And, you cannot trust speccy/piriform/avast to provide the correct information.

Download, run, and ATTACH the results of this utility. Then, an intel support engineer can assist you.

Also, any driver for your laptop should come from Lenovo. If they have not updated their drivers, nag them until they do.
