Driver install BROKE my PC

This issue is EXTREMELY simple, and EXTREMELY frustrating that I can not find an answer.

So how people in the past with this issue on google and people are asking for system specs, which drivers they had, which this which that...

It is many different people, with different computers, but with the same ISSUE, system specs and drivers and bla bla bla seem irrelevant...

My PC has no video card, I use my i5 650 for display...

I went to intel website, I allow intel to scan my system to get the latest graphics driver for my CPU/GPU... i5 650...

It finds a new version, so I download and install it... It asks me to restart... I restart my PC now..

And then windows starts, but my desktop does not load... black screen...

I start in safe mode.. works fine, I uninstall intel driver...

reboot... i get to desktop and it automatically reinstalls intel driver... asks again for a start...

so I restart, and again I get a black screen my desktop is not loading...

I am so frustrated

Try booting to safe mode, uninstalling the driver, and then install the driver that came with your system.
