Any attached monitor is not being recognized via HDMI, checked cables and monitor and both are working on other machines. Monitor also not recognized via displayport connection. No signal is received from laptop. Updated all drivers, intel driver support assistant says all is ok, still not able to use external monitor. What could solve this ?

What is your processor model number?
What is your device/motherboard model number?
Is this a laptop or desktop?
What version of Windows 10 are you running? 1903?
Has your device/motherboard bios been updated?
Even though you have checked your hdmi cables, use [another] quality cable.

If neither HDMI or DP works, you could have a hardware problem.
And, it is a laptop, which means you need to contact the laptop manufacturer for support.

Just to be precise, it's not 'display port' but 'mini displayport' that is also not functioning.

I just noticed that your device is a laptop. You should use the drivers provided by your laptop manufacturer, and NOT the Intel generic drivers.
Your laptop manufacturer likely provides a driver update tool, which you should use.
On laptops, there is often a function key setting to turn on and off the external display. You should check for this.
And, your laptop manufacturer is responsible for your support and warranty. Contact the laptop manufacturer for further assistance.
