ERROR al instalar driver de video Intel (Win7Vista_151718.exe)

Al instalar la última versión del controlador de video Intel en Windows 7, a mitad del proceso de instalación, aparece el error de la imagen:

He probado desinstalando el anterior, tanto desde modo seguro como desde modo normal de Windows, y no consigo instalarlo.

Mi adaptador de video es http://www.intel.com/support/sp/graphics/intelgm45/ Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family.

Las otras especificaciones del PC son:

Sistema Operativo: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x86

Procesador: Intel Celeron M575

Memoria RAM: 1 GB DDR2

Disco Duro: 120 GB 5400 rpm
