Hola, cuando abro juegos me indica el siguiente error

27.20.100.8681, pidiendome que realize una actualizacion de los drivers de la pantalla.

no soy experta en el tema y necesito saber de que manera puedo solucionarlo, ya que, la pantalla tambien se me va a verde cuando abro mis juegos.

  • When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?
  • Is the Resizable Bar enabled?
  • Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
  • Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
  • Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?
  • Can you please provide the error message in English language?

  

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.
