Error en todas las versiones de los controladores intel HD para procesador intel atom z3735f, error identificado por Microsoft en windows 10 con codigo 43, durante su instalación, errores de distorsión y deformaciones de imagenes, en dispositivo con hardware intel modelo Minix Neo z64 windows 10 edition https://www.pccomponentes.com/minix-neo-z64-w-2gb-32gb-z3735f-quad-core-windows-mini-pc https://www.pccomponentes.com/minix-neo-z64-w-2gb-32gb-z3735f-quad-core-windows-mini-pc.
Por todo ello , tengo que usar el controlador nativo de microsoft para pantallas de ordenador y éste funciona a 64 mhz ,en vez de los 60 Mhz, que puede soportar mi pantalla, aunque no presenta ningún error de pantalla pero los videos . en HD, no se visualizan con fluidez como con el driver de Intel HD.
Ruego ayuda e información sobre el bug y posibles trucos para solucionarlo. si los hay. Gracias.

Minix neo soporte no creo que pueda dar soporte sobre esto, no es el propietario de los drivers de intel HD , por tanto no creo que puedan dar soporte sobre unos controladores privativos y supongo que no abiertos para ser modificados por empresas ajenas a intel HD
Y el error es en todas las versiones del driver de ese mismo dispositivo, también en la última versión.

Error in all versions of Intel HD drivers for Intel Atom z3735f processor, error identified by Microsoft in Windows 10 with code 43, during installation, distortion errors and image deformations, on device with Intel hardware Model Minix Neo z64 Windows 10 Edition https://www.pccomponentes.com/minix-neo-z64-w-2gb-32gb-z3735f-quad-core-windows-mini-pc.
For all this, I have to use the native Microsoft driver for computer screens and it works at 64 MHz, instead of the 60 MHz, which can support my screen, although it does not present any error screen but the videos. In HD, they are not displayed fluently as with the Intel HD driver.
I ask for help and information about the bug and possible tricks to fix it. If there are. Thank you.

Minix Neo Support I do not think I can give support on this, not the owner of the drivers of Intel HD, so I do not think they can give support on a proprietary drivers and I guess not open to be modified by companies outside Intel HD And the error is in all versions of the driver of that same device, also in the latest version.

Hi, all the versions of intel hd drivers for my minix neo z64 windows 10 edition have the same faillure, the genuine driver for minix neo of 2015 too, all the drivers have the same error , the app "liketube" of the windows store is an example and the native app of windows 10, to use the cam, and the error is more severus with this app , and the same player of video, called in spanish language, " peliculas y tv" app recomendada por windows 10, cause the same error with the driver intel hd too, with the basic driver of windows for screens no problem, only with intel hd graphics

Dato importante para observar mejor el fallo.
Hola, una forma de reproducir el fallo, es ejecutar la aplicación nativa de la webcam para window 10, de la tienda de windows 10, que ya viene instalada, y después pulsar sobre el icono de intel hd de la barra de tareas en opciones gráficas y así aparecen los fallos gráficos con rayas horizontales, que se traducen no solo en rayas horizontales, sino en que las letras al navegar son ilegibles y con muchos colores y errores de texto en sus fuentes y al abrir el navegador solo aparece un fondo en negro. Con el controlador del adaptador gráfico de pantallas de windows no lo hace nunca.

Another observation, if i use the device in tablet mode and with the driver of intel hd , the problem is zero bug, and all work fine with intel hd driver but i use the device always in desktop mode and with the classic start menu app (classic shell menu)

I have tested these issues you have with the Intel® Compute Stick STCK1A32WFCR which has the same processor and graphics controller as your system.
By using this unit, I tested both applications, Liketube* and Peliculas y TV* however, I did not have any error in the images. Then, I was able to test the Webcam app by Windows 10* and click on the graphics properties but the issue did not occur. Finally, by using the classic desktop mode in Windows 10*, I was not able to reproduce the issue.
It is worth to mention that I used Windows 10* RS4 and the Intel® HD Graphics drivers version 4885 and, I tested all of this several times as per your recommendation nonetheless, the issue did not occur. Please find the system reports of the unit used attached to this post.
At this point I recommend you to get in touch with your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) so they can provide you with further assistance regarding this issue.

Hello, without knowing the reason, the problem no longer occurs on my pc with the Intel Hd driver, I only know that I mentioned the error to Microsoft in the automatic opinion poll on windows 10, explaining that with the windows graphics driver I did not have any problem, but with Intel HD Graphics I did have it, by using only the video apps from the windows store and mentioning the error in their webcam application.
I do not understand why, not more than a week ago, the failure I have had for more than two months, since I bought the device, is not reproduced.
I do not know if it will be for having received updates from windows, but the fact is that I had to install another application for the camera, which was not outside the windows store to use it, so as not to cause graphic errors.
Also, according to the windows errors tool, many errors related to the intel hd driver have been notified automatically, if you are interested in accessing those errors, have my permission to do so, if you can access them or by request to microsoft.
I am the first surprised that apparently the error reported has been solved, but with the uncertainty that the error can, at any time, occur again, so if they can through the data of Microsoft to inquire about the graphic errors of my device, for my part no problem.
