Hello everyone, I'm really fed up with my Arc a750. This card can't even run FC 25 properly, a popular game played by millions worldwide. There's a lot of lag and flies on the screen during cutscenes, and the audience looks like they're from Minecraft with a square head. Please fix these issues.

1. Are you referring to EA SPORTS FC 25?
2. Which game distribution platform are you using to access the game (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?
3. Is the issue isolated to this game?
4. Was this working fine before?
5. Kindly share some photos wherein the audience looks like they're from Minecraft.
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
