"The application is in an unauthorized location. Move it to a non-system folder."
I have had this problem for almost a month and today I decided to look for a solution.

- Move the temporary folder used for the installation files outside any Windows System folders (see this video clip for an example).
or - If the above is not possible, use PnPUtil /add-driver command in a script to install the driver.
