[Feature Request] Add FPS counter to in-game overlay

System: HP z4G4 workstation (XEON W-2150B, 64GB 4x16GB DDR4 ECC Registered RAM, 3.84TB Kioxia CMR5 U.2 NVMe SSD, Mellanox Connect-X4 10Gbps Ethernet adapter, REBAR enabled

GPU: intel Arc A750 8GB

Arc Driver version: 31.0.101.4502

OS: Windows 11 22H2

Problem:

The in-game overlay in Arc Control shows a number of interesting GPU related parameters, however its usefulness could be increased massively by adding FPS information to the available parameter options.

Suggestion:

1. Add the following parameters to the in-game overlay options:

- (Current) FPS

- Average FPS

- Min/Max FPS

2. Add a setting to Arc Control which allows the user to define a key/shortcut for resetting the min/max/average FPS counter
