Thank you very much for your help Al Hill.
raulmenendez: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Communities Team.
I would like to know if you have contactedhttp://www.dell.com/support/home/cr/en/crbsdt1 DELL* to run some test just to make sure this is not a hardware issue. Furthermore, have you tried installing the http://www.dell.com/support/home/cr/en/crbsdt1/product-support/product/vostro-14-3468-laptop/drivers graphics drivers provided by them? I would like to know as well if you have checked with the http://support.eu.square-enix.com/main.php?id=612&la=2 developers Final Fantasy* XV if your laptop is having the minimum requirements to run the game or the recommended configuration. Additionally, can you please provide me with the .txt file that the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?httpDown=https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25293/eng/SSU.exe System Support Utility will generate. To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

Sir i have not contacted dell as i am pretty sure there cannot be a hardware issue as every other game is running fine and system is running as it should.I have the latest drivers installed. This game runs well on low preset with smooth framerate. There come a sudden crash error randomly while playing everytime after 10 or 15 minutes, picture of which i have already posted above in this thread. I have attached system utility file you asked.Waiting for the response and fix

i'm a gamer myself, in my opinion its all working fine but that is the most performance you can get from that hardware. there's nothing wrong with anything everything is working fine but just because that hardware cannot produce more memory required by the game. waiting for new drivers is pointless, if you can, enjoy this game on low graphics with perfect frame rate or you need to upgrade your specs to get more out of it.

McneillWinston a couple of months back wolfenstein 2 was having same crash errors and wasn't even launching.Newer drivers made that game run and work.
p.s:I am on the laptop can't upgrade much!

Thank you very much for your reply and the information provided, raulmenendez.
I would like to know which resolution and refresh rate you are using while playing. Furthermore, are you using an external monitor? If so, please let me know which type of cable are you using. And, for testing purposes, please try installing these https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27058/eng/win64_154605.4771.zip drivers. Please use this guide to install them: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html
