Find a fit graphic card

Hello I have a Dell optiplex 990 sff and on it there is an Intel graphic card that is not for gaming and was wondering if you guys can help me find a fit for my desktop my spec are, 8gb ram, Intel i7 2600 3.40ghz, 240w power supply. Finally i don't have a lot of money so if you can find me a good gpu that can run games likes of fortnite,gta for about 40-80$ would be perfect.

If you have an available PCIe x16 slot, you can check with the game manufacturers for recommended hardware (nvidia or amd).

Additionally, Windows 10 does not support your processor.

And, you could ask Dell what cards have been certified for your machine.  If you look for a card, I would recommend an older nvidia card.   Do not use AMD as they are more often not compatible.
