Fortnite crashing on Iris XE on a 1135G7 CPU

Fortnite keeps crashing on me I don't know why. it is unpredictable in the loading screen it can crash instantly or be loading fine until I scroll to fast or switch to often or even when I load a game. also, when it does work the battle Royal has a lot of stutters and more often brings up the crashing. It is an Iris XE on the 1135G7. I put it up with epic and did everything on Fortnite's setting to fix the issues but to no aval. Dx12 does not work when it should and lowering the setting helps but does not make it go away it is not ram or SSD ether. I have verified the file like 12 times now and I upgraded the ram to 32GB (16GBx2). Still not fixed all the things I did helped though it might be the CPU it is fine when playing but is maxed out for a bit when loading the game and the games in the game.  also, in the battle royal.  I check the minimum requirements, and it meets the minimum for the CPU. So, I don't know what to do help if you can. The laptop is a HP 14dq2078wm if that helps.

Update it somehow works now and the stuttering and all that where near gone after a game or 2 it works well all I did was change the power balance on Throttle stop to 30 25 and with some struggles set the priority of the game to high and it works no crashes since so YAY you can follow up if you want to get more detal on how to fix it

Hi, I would like to know more details on how to correct the problem.
I would also like to know if this modification will have any negative impact on the PC.
What does changing the power balance value change in the PC?

it now does not work I did more digging, and it is a CPU bottle neck that is why it is happening and now because of the new updates it no longer works as said before it is a 1135g7 in a 14dq2078wm with upgraded ram to 32gb and the SSD from 128gb to 1tb with the fastest speed it can take (gen 3) it keeps just crashing now when it starts I try to use the command line but it now does not work but the reason it is so bottlenecked is from the pl1 being 19watts and when it goes down it gets to 2.6ghzclock on the CPU and that is a bench marks test so only the CPU is tested it gets a lot worse when the IGPU is in use like games and if there is a way to get it to 35 watts that will best cool that is the best temps i can get without being in high temp ranges but I don't know now how to fix it

Ok I got it to work; well, half work I played a game and it studers BAD the CPU goes to about 1.5ghz when playing about when it studers it can go up because the IGPU is not working hard anymore for that moment it is a lot worse it needs to be fixed it is not a texture thing ether because if all was right I disabled the texture streaming. Oh, and it is like studering at 60% or so says task manager but I use RTSS, and it says 100% but the GPU is accurate I can't set it to high anymore for some reason and this really happened when the new driver came out i will try and roll it back.
