Provide a detailed description of the issue
Intel 4th gen hd 4600 will not work with new drivers 4501+ on Windows 10 when Hypervisor is enabled.
Effect: Causes false phantom monitors to show up in device manager and settings.
External monitor isn't detected.
Intel Graphics Control Panel will not open.
General performance issues like lag and frame rate drops.
Please place an X to the right of the option showing how often you see this issue using specific steps. (Ex: 'Every few times a game is started it flickers.' <- This would be "Often")<p>

Hybrid or switchable graphics system?
ie Does it have AMD or NV graphics too?

EFP = LG HD FHD
How much memory [RAM] in the system (see note2 below).

2 GB DDR5 VRAM
Provide any other hardware needed to replicate the issue.
ie: Cables&brand, cable type [vga, hdmi, DP, etc], dock, dongles/adapters, etc
