Hello AbhishekKumarUYG,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your game due to this error.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Just to confirm, you have 2 issues, right? 1) Can't open GTA San Andreas. 2) Can add custom resolution.
2. Are you trying to add custom resolution using the Intel® Graphics Command Center? Or, are you trying with other apps?
3. Is this issue present with other games?
4. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

1. I can't be able to add Custom resolution (800*600*32), as result GTA San Andreas not opening. Because GTA San Andreas require this specific resolution to run.
2. Yes, I tried adding custom resolution using Intel® Graphics Command Center and Intel® Graphics Command Center BETA. In Intel® Graphics Command Center, there's no option to add custom resolution. And in Intel® Graphics Command Center Beta, it says "Custom Resolution is not supported on Internal Displays." Check attached screenshot.
3. No, all other games are running.
4. I ran Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attached the report.
