Game Breaking Persona 4 Glitch

Hello, I (along with many others who have iris xe graphics) am experiencing glitches with persona 4 golden on steam which make the game unplayable. I know there is another thread on this topic, the reason I am posting this is because that thread hasn't been updated in over a month now. Is the issue still being looked into?

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:  


  


1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.  


· Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-


· Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".  


· To save your scan, click Next and click Save.  


  

2. Provide the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers:

3. What is the behavior of the issue?


4. Is the issue recent or since the first time you used the computer?


5. Can you share some videos of the issue with the game?


6. Have you presented other issues with games or applications?

Hi Deivid,

Thanks for the response, I will try and answer your questions to the best of my ability.

1. I did the scan and saved it, but the link to provide the report just takes me to a homepage, is there some other way i can provide the report?

3. This issue will cause most textures and models to completely glitch out, pretty much everything is flickering and broken

4. This has been happening since I got my computer, and seems to be a common issue among those of us with iris xe graphics

5. here is a video i took about a month or two ago of the issue. when i start up the game today the same thing happens

6. As far as I'm aware, this is an issue specific to this game

Regarding #1, the upload capability in the SSU tool itself does not work. Have it output the report to a text file and attach it to a response message the same way you attached the mp4 file.

Thanks for the information and the video, now I have a better view of the situation. However, to be able to proceed I will need the reports (Intel SSU and graphics report).


You can save the files and attached them to your post as you did with the video (as also n_scott_pearson mentioned), with this information I will be able to see what we need to do and gather details about your system.
