I am facing huge stuttering issues after updating my graphics driver to 31.0.101.2115 . Before also I faced some issues where the game(valorant) lagged at first but resolved itself later but now it is very bad and completely unplayable. I have tried lowering the settings but it doesn't do anything. I can't revert it because the old drivers got deleted.
My specs:
i3 1005g1
intel uhd g1 graphics
8GB RAM

I have done what you asked , I am not too sure if that is the log file you wanted. Also is it possible that I can get access to the old driver , preferably from 2600 as they performed better for this game or any other driver which works well. This issue usually only happens in certain games , most games actually are fine. Thank you.

Hello Needhelppls001
Thank you for sharing the information. You can get older driver versions from the website of the laptop manufacturer and these are actually the ones we would advise you to use since they are optimized and customized for the specific hardware that the laptop includes. Please let's try the following:
- Go to the Lenovo website, download and install the latest driver the offer, version 30.0.100.9864.
- If the issue persists, please update your BIOS to the latest version. The latest published version on their website is EMCN56WW.
Let us know the outcome.

I installed the driver which you told but it still didn't fix the problem. Are there any other drivers that you could recommend?

Hello Needhelppls001
Thank you for letting us know. In this case, the best next step will be to reinstall the game on your system. Make sure to have the driver recommended by your manufacturer version 30.0.100.9864 at the time of uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Hello Needhelppls001
I am attaching 2 .zip files that contain screenshots of the recommended graphics settings for your graphics adapter, please check the screenshots and configure the games exactly as seen in them and check if the same issue still happens.
In addition, please make sure that the power plan set in Windows is high-performance and check if the same issue happens while the system is connected to AC Power. Also, check if there is any difference when setting V-Sync to either on or Off in the graphics settings.
Also, Could you please let us know if the exact same issue happens in bot games, exactly the same behavior, and if only these 2 games are affected by this issue?

I don't really see how increasing the graphics settings will help me but okay. Also I haven't really observed this problem in other games ( gta 5 , genshin impact , pacify etc). Also this issue reduces after a few games but is still very much there especially while taking gun fights and is just completely unplayable at the start. I can only make it playable after capping my fps to around 30 which isn't so fun. At uncapped I get 60-70 fps (valorant). Could I get any other driver if possible , an older one preferably. Also it happens in bot fights.

Hello Needhelppls001
Older versions of the driver are only available through your system manufacturer's website, you can get version 27.20.100.8729 from there besides the version 30.0.100.9864 that was already tested.
We are missing some information from my previous post, that has not been confirmed. Please let us know if you tested the following and the results:
Make sure that the power plan set in Windows is high-performance and check if the same issue happens while the system is connected to AC Power. Also, check if there is any difference when setting V-Sync to either on or Off in the graphics settings.

Hello Needhelppls001
Does the same issue happen to modify the graphics settings to the lowest? the most important ones being: quality options to low, distortion to off, first-person shadows to off, and vignette to off.
It is possible as well that the problem might come from apps running in the background, check and close the apps that are not being used and share with us screenshots of the task manager processes tab so we can take a look at the apps that are opened.
would it be possible for you to add more RAM to this laptop? Since some of the RAM already included in the laptop is shared between the system and integrated graphics VRAM this can be a cause of the issue as well.

1. The issue still happens after lowering the graphics settings.
2. I have no background apps running whatsoever , I have checked the task manager too a few times. I cannot send the screenshot now so will send it later.
3. I have 8gb ram in dual channel so I think it is sufficient for a low end game like valorant, also I get fps around 60-70 while the only problem is stuttering.
