Gostaria de saber se o driver da Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 para windows 7 funciona para windows 10.

No, this graphics solution was long ago discontinued and Intel does not provide Windows 10 drivers for it. Microsoft provides a compatibility driver inbox that allows this graphics solution to be used, but this driver doesn't always work and has a long list of shortcomings (including only vintage ActiveX and OpenGL support). Microsoft will not provide support nor answer questions about this driver or any issues encountered. There will be no updates to this driver and Microsoft may withdraw it completely in some subsequent update.
