Hello,
I'm facing problem as I'm using HP Compaq DC7800 SFF & It was using Windows 7 64bit. I knew It's old PC ,but I'm still using it.
Currently, I installed fresh installation of Windows 10 & most of PC's drivers are installed through Windows Update.
I'm facing problem with getting graphic drivers update as Intel doesn't supported anymore.
If I downloaded the drivers from Intel & install it, It shown the following:
Name: Intel (R) Q35 Express Chipset Family.
Drivers Date: 23.Sep.2009
Driver Version: 8.15.10.1930
If I did Windows Update or Drivers Update, It's showing the following:
Name: Intel (R) Q35 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation WDDM 1.0).
Drivers Date: 01.Oct.2012
Driver Version: 8.15.10.2697
But most of application doesn't see it as updated drivers.
So, can you please support me to finalize this issue?
Thank you.

The Q35 chipset is not supported on Windows 10. The only driver available for WIndows 10 is the Microsoft generic driver, which lacks performance and features.
If you are a desktop, you can try and find a compatible nvidia card in the GTX 750 to GtX 1060 range. If you are a laptop, you need to get a new(er) laptop.
For a system this old, I recommend replacing the system.
edit: since you are a sff, that complicates finding an add-on card.

Actually, there are lots of GeForce GT 710 boards around built specifically for use in SFF systems - and pretty cheap too (less than US$50)!
