Your graphics are unsupported on Windows 10.  There is no Intel driver for your graphics on Windows 10.  All you have is the Microsoft generic driver which LACKS features and performance.

Simply put, it is time for you to abandon this old system and get new(er) hardware.

Also, your bios is in legacy mode.   In your new system, make certain you are in UEFI mode.

Also, your processor and graphics are from 2011, 10 years ago.

There is no graphics card.  The graphics are integrated with the processor.

You need a new laptop.

THAT is a very difficult question.  Certainly not HP or DELL or such (in my opinion).   If possible, I would find a laptop that uses nvidia graphics.  I suppose you could also look for one with AMD graphics.  I would avoid Intel graphics (but nearly all will have intel graphics).

Hello Bowledover,

Thank you for submitting your question on this Intel® Community.

We appreciate the report your provided; however, due to this product ( Intel® HD Graphics 3000 ) being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help.

Thank you for understanding.
