Error description:
Vertical/horizontal glitches occur anywhere there is movement in the screen. Stuck pixels/artifacts cover monitor and condense until area becomes black. Display driver crashing error appears in bottom right corner every 30 seconds.
Tested Intel drivers: Beta 15.40.18.64.4380, 15.36.28.4332 and 15.40.18.64.4300 all failed to correct problem.
Problem is resolved if I roll back driver to microsoft driver: 6.3.9600.16384 resulting in "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" being listed in Device Manager.
