Green lines again on Intel UHD Graphics 630 with latest 27.20.100.9168 driver

The latest driver is back to the (in)famous "green lines" issue that was solved last summer. Attached is a screenshot from today after my box upgraded to 27.20.100.9168. How it comes the driver had such a regression?

EDIT: quite strange, but after rebooting I got prompted to reinstall 27.20.100.9168 and, after that, the issue has disappeared again. So a red herring, sorry about the nouse.
