Grpahics stuttering

Hello. About a year ago I bought all the parts to build my pc from micro center. Since then I've been running on integrated graphics on my ryzen 5 5600g. Recently i finally saved up to buy an rx 6600 off of amazon. It was having a lot of issues with game stuttering specifically fortnite was very bad but other games too. I tried just about everything, but nothing seemed to work. I play a lot of beamng drive and i it was pretty much preforming normally, along with all of my other games, but not fortnite, and there were still some wierd irregularities in other games like mostly stuttering. I finally just decided to send it back and try to find something else. I decided to buy the intel arc a750 titan oc edition from sparkle on amazon. It has the same issues but worse. Low fps in beamng and still lots of stuttering. Fortnite is absolutely unbearable. Medium settings i get like 30 fps with freezing and constant stuttering and fps drops. Not the mention the earth shattering coil whine whenever i open a game. It seems like ive tried everything and i am really frustrated and upset. I spent all my money on this computer, then spent all my money on this graphics card that preforms like a turd for absolutley no reason. I have enabled resizable bar and 4g decoding in bios. Someone please help im going insane.

Hello Cjwa2332,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:

Which other games (apart from Fortnite) are getting the issue? Additionally, we highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so we can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save (.txt). Attach the file as you reply.
