When you use the HDMI connection to a TV, the HD2000 has Custom Aspect with horizontal & vertical sliders to adjust the overscan, works great.
But when you use the HDMI connection to a TV, the HD2500 it has no has Custom Aspect to adjust the overscan.
The newer all white and blue drivers don't seem any better as there is no horizontal & vertical resize sliders.
I had to put a NVIDIA card in it to get the horizontal & vertical resize sliders.
White and blue drivers don't help.
I tried it with an ATi/AMD card.

Hi Overscan ,
I would like to gather up some info from your system in order to better assist you.
Please provide me with the Intel SSU report from your system.
How to get the report?
-Access: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
-Download the utility
-Scan your system with the utility
-Export the report (hit next and then save) and attach it to your answer with the advanced editor option (reply button and then check upper right corner)
Additionally, have you tried lower resolutions than native to get custom aspect ratio?
Regards,
Esteban C

I'm on a different computer now and I remember it had the same problem, it has an HD4600 and I had to put an NVIDIA card in it to get the overscan adjustment.
So if I put an NVIDIA or ATI card in the drivers give me overscan adjustment but the Intel drivers don't seem to allow this.
Why are the Intel drivers hiding this feature, maybe you need to edit the software drivers so it don't hide but force it to always show as the other cards do.
The little girl above with paint on her hands should have sliders beside her, but the drivers are hiding this, maybe the are made too simple compared to the NVIDIA or AMD, sure have a simple option for most users but you need a lot more options in advance mode.
here is the option

What machine do you want the system information from as both are doing the same thing.
I also have an Intel motherboard with onboard video on another machine and when it boots up on the LCD it don't show anything, just black until in gets into windows, where as the Gigabyte and Asus boards show the BIOS and any boot errors on the LCD.
I have tried every driver for them from the original to the latest.
The problem is with the Intel drivers as ATi/AMD NVIDIA Cards just work without the stress of spending all day trying to get them to work.

Hi Overscan ,
Please provide me with the reports from both systems.
Related to the Intel motherboard, do you have fast boot enabled? This setting removes the splash screen (Intel logo) to get faster boot times.
Please let me know.

Hi, thanks but I just put an NVIDIA card in one and an ATi in the other and that fixed the problem.
I think the drivers just need fixing so they show that feature all the time as the NVIDIA & ATi do.
See how it shows in one but not the other, just lock it in the drivers so it shows up all the time.
Look at the NVIDIA & AMD they have more features in the drivers but the Intel make it simple to not frighten users.
I don't think I would be the only one on the planet with this problem.
Thanks.

Thank you for the answer, Overscan.
I am not sure what was the driver (for Intel HD Graphics 2500) installed in the system you had the issue with, so please make sure the latest drivers (15.33.43.4425) are installed in your system to check its performance.
As per the screenshots provided, you have Windows 7* installed, here you can find the drivers compatible with this OS: http://intel.ly/2euX25B http://intel.ly/2euX25B
If you require further support, please provide me with the SSU report from the device with the issue, with this report, I will be able to have a clearer overview of the configuration you have and therefore provide better support.
