HD 4600 VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR

I have this BSOD everytime I browse any site with HTML5 video. Before the BSOD the driver stop working several times and even the sound start to become weird.

Unfortunately the last dump I have is a full memory dump(700mb), and generally it doesnt BSOD really, I just goes black screen or fully freezes the screen til I press the hard restart button.

In order for us to have a better view of the issue we would like to get the model of your computer (if is a laptop) or the model of the processor and motherboard (if is a desktop) so we can provide you with some troubleshooting and drivers to find a possible solution to it.

The issue that you are reporting may not be directly related to the graphics driver itself, but it is always important to consider that as an option since it could be the easiest point to start based on the error you get.
