I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5567 (with latest bios) with a core i3 7100u, if i install the latest 24.20.100.6194 from your site after a few reboots windows update will automatically download a much older driver - 22.20.16.4799, which was released in 2017. Can you please tell microsoft to stop forcing that older driver on me, i would like to use the latest driver from you, which works fine until microsoft forces the older driver on me.

You should use only the driver from the dell site for your laptop.
No, microsoft will do what they want. You can, however, stop the update from occurring.
