HD 630->DP->NO 4k@60Hz

Used much of intel CPU:

g3900, i5 6400,  i3 8350k, i5 8600k

so used integrated GPU:

hd 510, hd 530, hd 630

used different motherboards:

asus z170i pro gaming, others z390 chipset

i see 4k@60Hz support via displayport 1.2 at the asus site

i see 4k@60Hz support via displayport 1.2 at the intel site

but when im conecting DP->HDMI to my 4k@60Hz monitor it works 30 Hz only!

When i connects same monitor and the same cable to nVidia GTX 1060 or 1080 via DP it works 4k@60Hz perfect! So the problem is Intel HD 510, 530, 610, 630 not supports 4k@60Hz! Why?
