Hello Andrey69,
Thank you for the information provided.
After checking the report provided, we noticed that you are currently using an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) device and that you are using the latest generic graphics driver for your device.
When working with laptops or other OEM devices, it’s worth mentioning that
Intel provides generic versions of software and drivers.
Your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes.
I would recommend the installation of the drivers provided by the manufacturer to avoid any potential impact caused by loading non-customized drivers.
This is because system manufacturers regularly customize Intel generic drivers to meet the needs of their specific system design.
That being said, I would strongly recommended checking your computer manufacturer website and install their driver. Additionally, you can contact them and make sure that the laptop BIOS is up to date and also check for any HDMI firmware (if applicable).
