HP Pavilion x360-13-u132tu not supporting intel HD 620 graphics driver update in windows 10 but works with basic adapter. Updated intel HD 620 driver but the system goes black even when restarted and freezes in loading.

You should address your question to HP. The OEM is responsible for the laptop drivers. In many cases the Intel drivers are modified by the OEM.
