Hello Jammy322,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
To address the issue effectively, please share the information below.
1. Does the crash happen immediately when opening browser/Discord or after some time?
2. Does this happen with other games or just Warzone?
3. Which digital distribution platform are you using? (Steam, Battlenet, etc.)
4. Was this working fine before? Are there any recent changes to the system?
5. Kindly share the crash dump file.
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I look forward to your response.
Best regards

Hi Jammy322,
Thank you for sharing all this information. While I’m reviewing the logs you provided, could you please confirm whether you used DDU before installing the latest driver 32.0.101.8509?
Additionally, may I ask you to share the exact steps you followed when the issue occurred? This will help us attempt to recreate the behavior on our end and better understand what might be causing it.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards

Hi Jammy322,
Thank you for your response! For further investigation of the issue, please provide the following:
- What's your power supply wattage? Intel Arc B580 requires substantial power and your processor upgrade increased power draw.
- You have 16GB RAM but only 7.28GB available - what's consuming ~8GB of your RAM at idle?
- Are you running Warzone from the NVMe drive (C:) or one of the SATA SSDs?
- What's your VRAM usage when running Warzone alone vs. Warzone + Discord/browser?
- Have you tried forcing Warzone to use DirectX 11 instead of DirectX 12?
- Are you using Intel Graphics software? what game optimization settings are enabled?
- Which monitor is Warzone running on - the 1680x1050 Dell or the 1440p GS27QA?
- Are both monitors running at different refresh rates (Dell at 75Hz, GS27QA at higher refresh)?
- Does the crash happen if you run Discord in browser instead of the desktop app?
- Have you tried limiting Warzone's VRAM usage in game settings?
If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best Regards,
