Having problems installing the new intel HD 4000 driver

Hi im trying to install the new driver 15.33.8.64.3345, currently i have the driver 8.15.10.2696 in my DELL Inspiron 15R 5520 but when i run de win64_15338.exe it appears and error box that says: Your operating system is not compatible. Then it closes and i dont know what to do pls help

Based on the report I recommend you uninstalling the graphics driver installed in your system. Here are the steps:
