Having trouble installing latest graphics driver

I have a Lenovo Yoga. Running Microsoft 11 currently. Processor is i5-8250u. Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 620. Version 24.20.100.6344. Trying to update to 31.0.101.2115.  I can download the .exe and the .zip folder. I extracted from the .zip. Open up the installer from the extracted folder and it says "Something went wrong, your system has a driver that is locked to manufacturer specifications. Please try downloading the latest driver from the manufacturer's website to update. Installer Exit code: 1."

I'm downloading from the Intel site, so why is it saying that? Here is my error log:

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® UHD Graphics 620.

I would like to let you know that our drivers (from the Intel site) are generic and the drivers from the laptop manufacturer (Lenovo, MSI, HP, Dell, etc) are customized. This means that the manufacturer takes our generic driver and performs several changes (adding, blocking, modifying features) that fit better on their system based on the specifications of the specific laptop/computer.

The error that you got means that the laptop is only compatible with the customized driver provided by the laptop manufacturer and may not accept the generic drivers from Intel. I recommend you check with Lenovo for further information and instructions.
