Help! My games are stuttering

Hi,
I'm facing a lot stuttering in my games for a while. My PC specs are Intel core i5-6400 Intel HD 530 & 8GB RAM. When I launch GTA 5 the game starts stuttering after 2/3 mins and it becomes unplayable. Can anyone help with this problem?
