How can I fix SketchUp Pro 2017 crashing on my Toshiba Satellite P75-A7200?

I have a Toshiba Satellite P75-A7200 and I have the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 .

Running Windows 8.1 64 bit.

I can't even open SketchUp pro. The image attached is their suggestions for solving the problem.

Intel Utility Update says that I have a customized driver and that I can cause problems by installing a generic one.

I went to Toshiba's website and updated my driver (Intel SandyBridge Display Driver v15.28.18.64.3223)

Still getting same crash report. What else can I do?

It is a Haswell processor, not Sandy Bridge.

So I updated my processor with the wrong driver?

The graphics driver from Intel isn't going to cause problems like the Intel Driver Update Utility says it can?

The IDUU is intended for Intel boards, so you can not expect correct results.

Now, the driver link I provided is for your graphics. However, since it is unknown what the state of your graphics is due to incorrect installs, it still may not work. You may be required to remove all previous installations and then install the driver I provided. However, you probably should be using the driver from the Toshiba website for your laptop, in case any customizations were made by Toshiba.
