I am unable to set the graphics resolution of the Intel graphics application to cope with the external monitor (Dell 1909W) to it's native resolution of 1440x900.
I have upgraded all the BIOS, Graphics, Firmware, details to the latest 2015 versions....actually updated the wireless and bluetooth software as well 🙂
I have tried through various windows to get select the resolution, even changed the refresh rate.
I have installed the Dell drivers, and they appear in the device manager as installed and enabled (This device is working)
Rebooting, de-installing, re-installing, unplugging...but it appears that there is not one resolved 1440x900 help in this complete Intel community...I am beginning to suspect that Intel does not support this format.
I have tried showing all list modes (but 1440x900) does not appear in the list.
Anyone who solves this, it will be the first 1440x900 case on this community as "Answered" and solved.

Try using Custom Resolution Utility (Use At You Own Risk)
Open file CRU.exe
Add a detailed resolution and put 1440x900 and click ok
press restart64 and UAC Prompt appears and click ok
And Black screen appears and wait
And restart your Computer
If a balck screen appears means is not working
