So, when I want to use 3D in Photoshop CC it says ''Could not complete your request because 3D functionality is currently disable due to OpenGL being disabled.'
System:
Intel Celeron CPU G1610 @ 2.6GHz
4.00 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics Family (Memory: 1778 mb)
Please if you want to answer, answer it detailed please.

In this case the OpenGL is enabled automatically when the Intel® HD Graphics driver is installed in your system. Please make sure that you have the driver install, here you can download according to your system https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81505/Intel-HD-Graphics-for-Intel-Celeron-Processors Intel® Download Center.

I tried it, it doesn't work . I uptate my graphic driver but it's still previsious version, I don't know why. It says it is succesfully installed and restart my computer...but it's still that version.

It's unfortunate that you still have this issue but at this point since you already tried our drivers with no success I would recommend contacting your computer manufacturer in order to get more support and drivers. Bear in mind that the Open GL feature is enabled once the Intel® HD Graphics driver is installed, there is no button or switch that enables the Open GL feature.
