How to get Loihi neuromorphic chip board

We are doing research on Neuromorphic computing as part of our Ph.D course work at Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, India.

We would like to have Loihi neuromorphic chip board for our research.

Can you please help me with contact person for the same?
