How to get full range RGB with Intel HD 2000 graphics card?

I know that this card gives by default limited range RGB(16-235). I want to know if there's any setting either in the graphics card panel or somewhere else to get full range RGB(0-255).

Full Range RGB is not available for previous generations of Intel® HD Graphics products, including 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ Processors with HD Graphics and earlier.
