How to optimize Intel R(HD) Graphic 520 for 5120x1440 external Display

Hi all,

I have a LG gram 15 laptop with Intel R (HD) Graphic 520 and I would like to optimize it for an external laptop with 5120x1440 resolutions. Attached is the SSU report and Graphic Control Setting details. Thanks in advance.

Brand and model of monitor: Unknown brand (from China) model: Showing UP495K in display setting
Cable: Suspect to be HDMI 2.0 cant get the info
Not using any adaptor or convertor from laptop to the display monitor.
