I'm asking again because someone else asked the same question but it didn't solve.
When playing Starcraft remastered, I can play with 4K when playing with AMD 6800XT, but I can't play with 4K when playing with ARCA770. (See attached file)
And the in the video option cannot activate the "real time lighting" option and displays a message that VRAM is insufficient.
Does anyone else have this problem?
My system is as follows;
CPU : AMD 5800X
Motherboard : MSI B550M
RAM : 32G
Graphics : ARC A770(16G)
OS : Windows 11(64bit)
1st : AMD RX6800XT
2nd : ARC A770
3rd : Arc A770, Starcraft remastered video option
I installed the driver using ddu and activated the HD graphic option in starcraft remastered option.

Hello Cenes,
Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I am sorry to hear that you are having low-performance issues with your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics, I will be happy to help you.
I noticed that you also report another issue with the "real-time lighting" option, please make a new post as seems it is another kind issue and it is not related to the 4k issue, if it is related, so we can troubleshoot the second issue on this post.
To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- What happens to Starcraft Remastered when you run it at 4K? For example, it crashes, flickers, freezes, low FPS, etc.
- Was it working before?
- Where did you buy the game? For example Steam, Epic, etc.
- Take a video of the issue
- Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tools:
- Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers, find the installation steps on How to Install the Intel® Graphics Command Center From the Microsoft Store.
- Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

Dear Andres P.
Thank you for your answer.
My answer is :
- What happens to Starcraft Remastered when you run it at 4K? For example, it crashes, flickers, freezes, low FPS, etc.
- (There is no other problem except for the resolution problem. AMD 6800XT displays 4K, ARC A770 displays HD)
- Was it working before?
- (Not with an ARC graphics card, but it works well with other graphics cards)
- Where did you buy the game? For example Steam, Epic, etc.
- (I purchased in 2020 from Battlenet shop : Starcraft remastered + Cartoon)
I have an Intel 11400 system in addition to the AMD 5800X system. The same phenomenon occurs in the 11400 system.
I don't know if it's a problem with the Blizzard account or ARCA770. I can play 4K with other graphics cards and only HD quality with ARCA770.

Hello Cenes,
Thank you for your answer, it has been really helpful.
Please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- What is the power supply make and model?
- Make sure the BIOS version is up to date
- I see that you updated the graphics driver to the latest version, this time clean install the graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4502 using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
- If the issue persists, clean install the graphics driver using DDU, but this time with the driver BETA version 31.0.101.4499.

Hello Cenes,
We have been working on the investigation and our development team finished debugging this issue and concluded the root-cause is on the application(game) side. The game code needs to be updated to get optimizations for Intel GPU and drivers hence, we recommend reporting this to the game developers.
For now, we will close this thread. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Regards,
