I am having this error in batman arkham city game after a particular joker cutscene

It comes whenever the gameplay starts agree a cut scene and the dialog box says Rendering thread exception:

Result failed

May I know when the issue started and was the game working fine before?


If possible, kindly provide me a video that exhibits the game's issue.


Furthermore, please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the OS build number, graphics driver version, complete model of your system, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to Get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. Please send me the generated SSU.txt file.
